I aim to build strengths and resilience in those struggling with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. In our sessions, we’ll work together using different techniques to address your unique challenges and work towards achieving your goals.
I understand that life can be tough, and it’s not always easy to navigate our emotions. That’s why I’m here to provide a safe and welcoming space for anyone going through these challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, experiencing relationship difficulties, or finding it hard to cope with big life transitions, I’m here to support you.
I’m also passionate about helping members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I’m committed to creating an environment where you can be your true self without fear of judgment. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and focused on making sure you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I’m currently a student intern, completing my practical training as part of my Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
I have strong experience providing support through my roles as an Addictions Counsellor and Life Skills Worker. My integrative approach draws from client-centered techniques, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.

The perinatal period is different for everyone. For some, it can be an exciting and meaningful time, but for others it may bring anxiety, uncertainty, loss, grief, and feelings of overwhelm as clients navigate pregnancy and the transition to parenthood. I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can speak openly about their feelings and experiences without fear of judgment.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) integrated with holistic, mindfulness and somatic based techniques to help clients combat their unhealthy thought patterns, manage difficult emotions, stress and anxiety.
I support clients with perinatal mental health concerns, which includes anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum. I also provide support with infertility, loss, ectopic pregnancy, body image concerns, pregnancy at an advanced age, feeding- related stress, and adjusting to parenthood.
My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood and supported while they are learning coping strategies, and techniques that can help them feel better equipped to handle the challenges and changes that take place during the perinatal period.

Our work together invites you to meet yourself with more honesty, depth, and compassion by noticing what is emerging, what is aching, and what is ready to grow.
You might be here because something in your inner world has shifted, gently or abruptly, and you can no longer ignore it. Perhaps you feel a pull toward clarity, a desire to understand parts of yourself that feel out of reach, or a need to make sense of emotions that appear without warning. You may be navigating changes in identity, relationships, or belonging, and you are trying to understand what these transitions are asking of you.
I offer a space where your experiences can be explored at their own pace, where confusion, grief, fear, longing, and ambiguity are not treated as problems to fix but as meaningful signals pointing toward what matters. Together, we pay attention to the patterns that shape your being and doing in the world, the wisdom your body carries, the stories you have lived, and the ones that are waiting to be told.

Too often we believe that our downfalls define us, rather than guide us and illuminate a path of learning and becoming. We feel alone as we mask our imperfections to morph into a world we believe rewards otherwise. Yet, in our loneliness lives an unspoken unity because we each carry the weight of our mask.
With a restless passion for understanding the human mind and the human condition, I believe that we can unveil layers to truly see our own power, and ultimately, our why.
Being whole again, or even for the first time, is more attainable than it seems in the face of hardship. No individual is one-dimensional, and in that respect I believe a combination of modalities and approaches must be customized to each unique client, couple, or family.
I feel humbled to serve in several areas such as depression, stress management, anxiety, burn-out, self awareness and improvement, boundary setting, and the thoughts you carry that may not have a voice yet. Using a multitude of approaches planted in strength-based therapies, I practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and more to aid my clients in reaching their objectives.
My approach is deeply rooted in transparency and client-therapist collaboration, as I respect that nobody knows us better than ourselves. My clear and honest approach is one that clients find of value, especially in times of challenge and confusion. I feel humbled to listen and truly hear you.

I believe therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and create space for new possibilities. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, with an emphasis on understanding the unique story, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your goals, strengths, and what feels most useful in the moment. I draw on relational and trauma-informed perspectives, along with narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
Whether you are navigating a difficult transition, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or hoping to better understand yourself, I aim to offer a space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Together, we can explore what matters to you and identify meaningful steps toward change.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as you explore what is happening beneath the surface. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, emotion-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based practices, adapting our work to your individual needs and goals.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and the many transitions that come with adulthood. I’m especially interested in exploring the relationship we have with ourselves, how we speak to ourselves, where our expectations come from, and how our sense of worth can become tied to achievement, productivity, relationships, or the feeling that we should always be doing more.
Together, we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and needs, and work toward building a relationship with yourself that feels more compassionate and grounded.
I believe personal growth does not have to mean constantly becoming “better.” Sometimes, it means learning to listen to yourself, giving yourself permission to change, and creating a life that feels meaningful rather than simply one that looks successful from the outside.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert ... Read More
